Moved into our new home and knew we had hard water based on the $5 test you can get at your local hardware store. In the middle of winter the water took a toll on our family, and we were going through lotion all the time. Needless to say, not a single one of us has had to use lotion since the install!! We called Culligan and they can put the next day. Kevin tested our water and actually educated us on our water and different things we could do. He was AWESOME!! The tech came out to install a week later and was also super polite and very respectful of our home. The install was faster than originally quoted. We’d originally planned to pay first month and the install that day, but half way through the install I received a phone call of a family emergency. Our technician heard that and said “Don’t worry about anything today. Take care of your family and we’ll work on the payment and stuff later when things are better”. And continued the install.
